Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking a trip with Pakka Tourism, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment. Prices quoted are per person unless stated otherwise and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by package and departure date. Our team will communicate the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may be eligible for partial refunds. Cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.

Travel Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary documentation, permits, and physical fitness required for your chosen trip. Pakka Tourism is not liable for any costs arising from failure to meet these requirements.

Liability

Pakka Tourism acts as an agent and coordinator for travel services. While we take all reasonable care in selecting partners and planning itineraries, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control including weather, transport delays, or acts of nature.

Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will always endeavour to provide a comparable alternative activity or route.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
